Why when I add an ore that will spawn in the nether, the nether is generated completely from my ore that I've created. How to fix it?

Why when I add an ore that will spawn in the nether, the nether is generated completely from my ore that I've created. How to fix it?
What do you mean?
The whole nether spawn from my block when I put in the settings the checkmark Generate in Nether.
The first is the main filler (depending on the dimension generation) the first filler is placed more frequently around and the second less often and third even less and so on. I this is what your explaining here right?
I find that when I use this for the ore it don't even show up. I'll further test this later on another mod
