Today, i want to create a mod customized. For this, I need a lot of ideas for the title, mobs, items, tools, recipes, foods…
So, go write your ideas of the theme ”Horror” for create the biggest Survival Horror Mod of Minecraft!
"Strange Dagger"
Lore: A strange dagger tainted with dry blood. You feel a chill run down your spine as a vengeful spirit awakens.
It is a powerful weapon with 16+ attack damage and 600 durability.
When you kill something with it, you get blindness, weakness, nausea, and slowness for a few seconds, and a 1 in 20 chance of spawning a Vengeful Spirit.
Maybe you can find in some kind of structure.
"Vengeful Spirit"
An aggressive mob with a lot of health, spawns holding an iron sword.
It is a ghostly figure of a human with a stab wound in it's chest.
It would use the Wither sound effects.
"The ever watching eye" would be a (floating) mob that always watches the player and cannot be killed(each time it is attacked it restores it's health(it requires the 1.8.0 update))

Also the creepiest dimension I can think of is dark, overworld-like generated, has black fog everywhere and soulsand as floor. Here you can spawn all of your mobs.
I will also place a blood bar, history of make than player must don’t have a lot of damages by seconds…

What about the "Empty", a textureless steve that stalks you when you are far away and when you interact with it, it turns into either herobrine, faceless steve or any other creepypasta steve and will chase and try to kill you. Also sometimes when it stalks, it can show steve with a disorted face for a second.
That creepy giant Alex could be a boss of some sort.
