Your mod's title (subject) has to be shorter than 50 characters in order to prevent them from being unnecessarily long. The description (body) has to be longer than 150 characters (letters) as we want the submitter of the mod to describe their creation well.
The exporting bug is a well-known bug in MCreator 1.7.9 and will be fixed in version 1.8.0. For now, you can switch your active workspace to another one and then back to the one that was giving you errors.
