How can I create a pickaxe that can destroy bedrock?

Hey everyone, I'm back! I need help with finding some way to create a pickaxe that can mine through bedrock, but only this one pickaxe can do it. I don't want to change the properties of the bedrock for the whole singleplayer world, I just want to find a way to make it so that a pickaxe could mine through an unbreakable block, like bedrock, and acts like obsidian.
