when I was installing mcreator I missed this error, help

You need to have Java 8 JDK installed and JAVA_HOME pointing to the root of JDK installation. Check these instructions on how to install MCreator: https://mcreator.net/install/linux

If you need more help on how to achieve this on your specific OS, I suggest you to do some googling.

I have the latest version of my OS (Ubuntu 18.04 lts), version 8 of java with your jdk, and also try to google it and I have not had any luck
