I can't create a fluid

Ok so i wanted to create "milk" as a fluid, i copyed the density and viscosity from google but when i create it and create a recipe for it (shapeless milk bucket) i create both, and when i test it (with client) i get the crafting table and but a milk bucket in it and the crafting diesn't work, i search it on the search bar by typing "milk" (i called it milk) and it was present, i search tutorials on youtube in case i was doing it wrong but there aren't any tutorial for this version. can you guys help? have you got a problem like this too?
