Issue comments

This is definitely a firewall or antivirus blocking MCreator. Disable them or add MCreator as an exception.

Problem is, I don't have an anti-virus that's blocking it, but my Father is in control of the firewall, and refuses to do anything about it. Any way around that?

Unfortunately no, this is why firewalls exist. If you could just bypass them, there would be no use in them.

Spoke with my Father, and he stated there are no fire walls, nor blocked ports on the router. I attempted to continue messing with my settings, disabling my local, and domain firewall on my computer, and even went as far as disabling it on my CMD, It still hasn't worked. I have no idea how to handle the situation sadly. I reaaally want to make my own Minecraft Mod using your services XD

You might want to completely uninstall MCreator and install it again. If this does not help, there is definitely a firewall or antivirus. There are quite a few AV software that are known to mess with computer HTTPS connections.
