Castle Miner Z World Generation and Difficulty Settings

So if you know the Xbox Live Indi game Castle Miner Z you would know how the Biomes/Land generate,
You start at 0,0 around a Bedrock tower within grassy biome with trees. The further you go away from the 0,0 mark the biome changes to a sandy dessert.

In an order of:
Grass/Forrest,
Sand/Dessert,
Ice Mountains,
Stone Land Filled with Surface Ores
Hell On Earth (The Nether but in the Overworld as a biome)

Then going back on itself in reverse.

The Further you go from spawn the harder the Mobs are and the more frequently they spawn, and unlike Minecraft zombies, These zombies can sprint, jump and can come from anywhere around you by digging up from the ground (meaning they can spawn 2 blocks away and suddenly sprint directly towards you)

There this also different dragons, with the same difficulty system, and one dragon spawns per night, but they are very difficult to kill without the right weapons, and If you try to rush towards the land of ores, and do manage to evade/defeat the zombies and skeletons, the dragon makes that 10x harder as it will circle you and keep a close eye on you. Unlike how the ender dragon attacks, the dragon AI in Castle Miner Z will stay up high and begin to hover and shoot fire balls (or ice depending on the dragon) and during this time is the most ideal time to make your attack against it due to it being still, then after taking damage will being to fly and circle the player until the next attack phase.

If someone would be able to help design, make, code etc it would be great, as i am new and have had the idea for a while but honestly only just found MCreator is a thing now, but still need a lot of help with everything
