This is a mod that I've been wanting to do for a long time.
Adding real ores.
What I mean is by adding more ores that you could find in the real world (Tin, Copper, Lead, etc). Perhaps not the most creative idea, but it's an idea.
I'm working with this idea in PreciousThings :)

OK SO i have a pretty good idea for a mod WHAT IF u made like different stats like speed damage health stuff like that in a line and you can spend like a level or more to roll for a grade on that stat the grades are in between F- and SSS+ each one more rare than the other based on the grade you get boosts or downgrades, i think its awesome honestly and id love to see this be true
