I was playing with the rotating blocks feature added into MCreator, but I can't seem to exactly figure out how it works. I'm trying to make a block that's like a Minecraft log or pillar, but it always rotates in a wierd way (for example, the block is on its side when I place it while looking up, but is upright when I look to the side). How would I fix this?

maybe you've put the texture on the wrong side?
I just downloaded MCreator 1.9.0 and they now have a function that does what I need. Thanks for your help anyway!
