I had prepared choices below. Read and choice that you thinks the best for you.
First Choice: Go to "On Mob Tick Update" procedure, and make by yourself little sounds. For it, you can use the game sounds, and make tick (a tick = 0.05s, and a second in ticks = 20 ticks). Even it is useless, you can see other forums for ticks in MCreator. Why little sounds? When the boss die, the procedure "On Mob Tick Update" stop, and normally the final procedure "When Mob Dies" start, so you can start a victory sound by example.
Second Choice: Your sound must be little, like that, to the Boss Death, the sound will stop in short times. You can now make a Victory Sound, or put a like it being in Minecraft sounds ressources.
Note: You can also make a teleportation, by example when the boss is dead, you are teleported by example +25 X and a structure appears with a victory sound.
