being able to edit CommonProxy and ClientProxy

Issue description

After 1.9.1 we are going to get access to edit main Java file and that's very very good! but i'm missing the opportunity to edit CommonProxy and ClientProxy.

I hope this is a thing Klemen will thing about or even make it happen!

Issue comments

With main mod files, client and common proxy are mean too. But we will refactor them to Client and Server proxy to comply with Minecraft Forge coding standards.
