I can't figure out how to make custom ores be effected by fortune on tools.
There doesn't seem to be a simple option and I can't seem to get it to work manually.
All my knowledge from actually coding mods is pretty outdated, so I'm a little stuck.
This is actually in the plan to be added in the future updates, there is a ticket for this on the issue tracker.
I actually figured out how to do it with procedures, and I posted a sort of "mini-tutorial" over in the User side tutorials forums section. :D
