my model doesn't seens to work

So, I have a model of a character that is half the size of a normal Steve, but when I try to put it on Mcreator as a mob, it doesn't allow me, actually it says "your workspace contains mod elements that don't compile property", what does that mean? how can I put my model in minecraft?
