Be able to remove minecraft features in your mod

This would allow you to create a whole host of things, like editing features, and adding drops to a mob. I was trying to create a gormetcraft mod, but i would have to remove the cake recipe to add it somewhere else. it would also allow the adding of horse armors and an upgrade to an entity or block.
