how do i make an entity's display name always visible

how do i make an entity's display name always visible

so im making a pretty basic rpg game right now and i need all entity names to be visible from a far so players can see what level somthing is before fighting it. the only way i have found to see an entity's name is by looking directly at it. is looking directly at it the only way to see its display name?
