Custom Commands can be run by the player, but when put in a command block, even with /execute, It does not highlight anything in red, but it does not work. If you need to to reach me, I might check back in 2 years. thanks.
maybe there is a parameter that does this when making a command and it is on/off for some reason, i didn't check and idk but it might be this?
