How to add JEI and Neat to Minecraft inside MCreator

How do I add JEI and Neat mods to mcreator? I would really need them for testing, but mcreator either gives an error when adding them or ignores them and does not add them to minecraft. If anything I throw these mods in the folder "mods" inside the location of the workspace world.

There is a JEI plugin: JEI API Forge 1.19.2-1.20.1 | MCreator

I'm pretty sure there isn't one for neat.

I have tried using the mods folder before but i couldn't get it to work.
