MCreator 2023.4 Block like Glow Lichen or Sculk Veins

Hi, 

I want to create a new block for my mod, with exactly the same idea as the glowing lichen, with a different placement per block. We could place it everywhere. But without the lichen placing themselves on top of each other, a bit like a plant. I already tried this post, but it's not really what I want. 

Can you help me?
