Need help with my fabric mod

So I am new to modding in Mcreator and in general and im trying to make a mod for a YouTube series i will be making... But the problem is idk what to do to get my idea going. Im trying something where every 30 mins it will run a set of commands i made and will last for about 10 minutes then run another string of commands. Idk what to do to achieve this and I would greatly appreciated it if anyone could help me :). Also Im modding in 1.20.1 Fabric loader
