I was wondering whether mods uploaded on the website stay up forever as I have uploaded quite a few mods but it tells me I haven't published any
That's... weird. Mods should stay up indefinitely unless they get taken down by the publisher or by the moderators for some reason. Is it possible you didn't finish the submission process, or got flagged for some reason?
