Command Tame but not player maybe?

so when i use this command on MCreator enviroment, it spawn a Tamed Entity but it does not follow me (the player),

what im missing here? its tamed but by a ghost player?

/summon wizard_animals_plus:capuchin_blond ~ ~ ~ {Tame:1,Owner:Player}
