Item to travel to dimensions

So basically I'm trying to make it so you can right click a certain item (we will call DS), so basically I want when you right click this item it takes you and the nearest player into a dimension but I don't know how you'd go about that.

Got it so It moves the player just dont know how to make it take players in a radius there too
