Help with making arc style slashes

I'm trying to make arc-like slashes that change direction depending on the way the player is looking. I have been struggling to no avail for hours. I even tried asking chatgpt for help, but it only screwed it up even more. The shape of the arc is working fine at the moment, but I need to make it change direction along with the way the player is looking. Can anyone help?
