I watched many tutorials on how to make ranged weapons and they all used ranged items but I don't see it on the list. Where is it???

I watched many tutorials on how to make ranged weapons and they all used ranged items but I don't see it on the list. Where is it???
They are now projectile mod element, and item mod element is used to launch them (like e.g. bow or gun).
