How can I port to a version greater than my version

So I have made a mod in version 2023.2 for 1.19.2, And I want to port it to 1.18.2 and 1.20.1 But I have no way of doing that. Do I REALLY have to REBUILD my ENTIRE mod, Because if so I will be the complete opposite of happy. So please tell me that there is a way to port it like that.

So then I do have to rebuild…

So then I do have to rebuild it for other versions outside of the generator options inside of MCreator. Because When I tried to download a different MCreator version, (1.19.2 / 1.18.2) I could not open the mod folder.

I have watched the tutorial before but What I am just trying to get an answer for is do I need to rebuild my mod.
