Help making a base for my (zombie-like) mob

So, I am creating a Rick Astley mob. And so I went into Block Bench, and made a (zombie) Minecraft skin, then developed a custom texture. Then, I got the texture imported to Mcreator, and I converted my skin to a "modded entity," and went export-export java entity, then I went to Mcreator and uploaded a "Java 3d model," and successfully got it in. But, when I got my mod into Minecraft Java 1.20.1, it spawned this odd floating cube entity (see first link). So then I set my mob's model from the custom one, to a "Biped model." This had slightly better results when the mob was spawned (see second link), but why is he missing (literally) an arm and a leg?? (Yes, as you can see, I set him to hold a disc in his main hand.) So any advice for me on how to give my mob a zombie model (like what happened with the Biped model, but with the arm and leg there), would be greatly appreciated.
