my dimension is not loading after leaving it and then entering it again

i need help. 2 issues that are related to dimensions. heres 1:

when i die in the dimension, and i enter it again, the screen goes black like im in the void.

another one is that when i leave my world while in my own dimension, it doesnt load.

can someone help? im sorry if my grammar and explaining sucks
