About custom command run twice

Hi, i'm newbie with Mcreator solfware, i want to make a command that convert from config file to command in minecraft, as below

The command worked well except it run twice because another command execute, how can I stop the second trigger?

Btw, I know the command section, but I want player can config them.

I use version 1.16.5 and Mcreator 2022.2
