If you are asking about the item texture in the hot-bar, that is because you used a custom model that wasn't configured for inventory/hot-bar display, I recommend using block bench to set what the item will look like when it's in the inventory, hot-bar, item frames, and dropped.
yes, but the item in-hand is also glitching by no reason, even when I modeled them to make sure they wont glitch
