Stats WIndow with points system

Pls Help me i want to make a stat system with skill points and levels but i dont know how to do it the window should be opened with a keybind like c and the stats should be Strengh,Speed,mana,Vitality(healt) and you need to kill mobd to get expirence for the levels and with the level up u get skill points.
