so basically my problem is that out of nowhere it didnt wanna start the game anymore and just keeps crashing upon loading it to test it in mcreator

Try renaming folder in src/main/resources/assets/minecraft from Sounds to sounds2 and then to sounds
the thing is i dont have a minecraft folder that is what i dont understand
i found an older backup of the workspace everything is fine now
