Superflat world for 2023.4

I don't understand how to make a superflat world, despite the many other forum posts. I want to basically just make the backrooms but without the maze part of it. like just an endless quartz area with some chests scattered around

I have this option. In order for it to have locations, you will need to build them on one of these pieces of land and add them to the biome
