Do `runClient` support imported mods (as APIs)?

Do `runClient` support imported mods (as APIs)?

I have made a plugin for MCreator which works perfectly fine, even compiles. The plugin contains mods as APIs. I mean I made plugin which imports external mods like JEI as API in MCreator. But it doesn't load when I use the internal minecraft (runClient).

 

Summary:
  - Made a plugin which imports Trinkets mod and its dependency

  - Enabling it and it works & compiles perfectly

  - But it doesn't appear on clicking the "runClient"

 

Is this normal or I am facing this issue?

Leave it, I found that it works for many mods except Trinkets for some reason... 

 

Can anyone tell me that why Sodium is not working.. Because when I try to import it from CurseMaven, it shows "Gradle is not connected to internet" it only happens when I enable Sodium.. Otherwise everyting works... Anyways I'm not sure if I am saying correct or not that's why take this log:
