Hey so ive seen a LOT of mods use 2 different textures for the handheld and the item in the GUI, is this possible in MCreator?

Hey so ive seen a LOT of mods use 2 different textures for the handheld and the item in the GUI, is this possible in MCreator?
If you want sp that specific condition is true or false, then change texture, then thats very possible using item states.
