How do I make an achievement that triggers when the player uses a name tag with a certain name on an entity?

I want to make a series of meme achievements. The first one is "Doctor or Lawyer?" with the description "Name a dog 'Harvard'". I've already used procedures quite a bit since first starting to use MCreator, however I can't quite grasp on how to make them custom triggers for advancements.
