how to make fireworks start when you press a button on the keyboard to speed up the elites, even if the fireworks are not in the inventory?
They are entities so you can either use a command to summon them or the "summon entity" procedure block but it will most likely summon one without particles.
You can use this one for the command option, just make sure to select the "summon" option:
