the minecraft pickaxes don't mine propely and use the same speed like you're useing your hand to mine the block but still give drops I don't know what happend it just started one day doing that

Same Problem
I recommend opening a bug report on github and attaching simple workspace with minimal configuration that causes that
The latest update fixed it
