configuring gradle project files

Hi, yesterday I downloaded the MCreator tool and ran the program to generate a new workspace, but the process was stopped for more than half an hour with the following message "configuring gradle project files". I took a look at the file manager and the program was not showing any signs of RAM, cpu or HD consumption.
