Topic category: Feature requests and ideas for MCreator
Hello i know this is a repost, but i thought that i wouldnt get a reply on my original post if i was to necro it, so im back from a vacation now, and to answer your question klemen, minecraft/and minecraft forge DO run on aarch 64 linux devices, as they are made on java, i have hosting a few servers on aarch64 devices and i still play minecraft on an aarch64 linux, so i hope you add linux aarch64 support soon :)
Ah btw i tried running it using BOX64, but i kept getting the error ./jdk/bin/java, no such file or directory.
Wierd error cuz it does exist
Currently we don't have resource that could develop and test MCreator, but you are welcome to contribute :)
Ill try after my exams (if they go well and im still alive)
Good luck with your exams! :)
I'm interested in helping. How could I do it? Is the application coded in C/C++, in Java or in other languages?
Hello,
MCreator is a Java application. I’ll open a PR soon, where I’ll add Linux ARM64 support for MCreator. And of course, I’ll add the MCreator app for the pi-apps App Store on the Raspberry Pi.
Minecraft does not officially support Linux ARM64
