Connected Texture appears as missing texture, using LYIVX's Fusion (Connected Textures) Plugin

I'm trying to make a connected texture of a pillar type block but I can't get the connected texture to appear in-game.

I followed the instructions given in this post, but once I boot up the game and try placing the block with the connected textures, it just appears as a missing texture block (purple and black).

I am also using the Fabric Generator Plugin for 1.20.1, and I'm on MCreator 2023.4
