My jigsaw structures are really small and incomplete most of the time.

Hello. So, my jigsaw structure that I'm making always spawns incomplete and small. Like, it's always either way too small or has gaping holes where a jigsaw piece was meant to generate in the hallways. How can I fix it from not spawning many jigsaw parts?
