Need to make a weapon that can kill only one mob

I am making a mod that adds a super powerful mob. I want to make a certain weapon that will kill it instantly, though because it would be super over powered on anything else, I only want it to kill my custom mob. It doesn't have to be used as a weapon, it could be a right click procedure, I really don't care which.
