My biome won't generate and neither will my custom structure

hi 

I am using MCreator 22.3 and have a plugin for Minecraft 1.16.5 

I am attempting to make a mushroom themed biome  that needs to have mycelium floor I have spawn in the over world turned on but it still won't generate can some one please help my find out why. thanks in advance
