(SOLVED)How to teleport the player to a projectile when the projectile is hit with a certain weapon?

So im trying to create a mod where when you throw a projectile, you can hit it with a specific item to launch you to the projectile. Kind of like when the mace was bugged and you could use the wind burst enchantment  and a windcharge to fly infinitely. (edit: Nvm I fixed it)
