Pathing breaks when modifiying procedure at all

Pathing breaks when modifiying procedure at all

I have a procedure where I make cats scared of a creature, it'll work perfectly fine then I'll change something and it'll make the mobs just go off in one direction. It seems to fix randomly as I delete and re add old parts. 
Doesn't help that I have vector normalize math that makes my procedure really long.

Any idea how to fix this?

Another thing, when I remove the sub type (cat) it works for cats again, but obviously I can't do that
