How do I detect when a player is crouching

How do I detect when a player is crouching? I want to make a set of armour that gives the player an effect when the player crouches while wearing a full set of the armour. I have figured out the part about giving the player the effect, but I can't find any blocks that detect whether the entity is crouching.
