there are multiple websites to convert a .jar file to .zip, like this one https://cloudconvert.com/jar-to-zip
It says invalid file
Try exporting the mod from the workspace again, I tried and it works for me

Should I try reinstalling curse forge
I thought that the website said invalid file not Curseforge, so I thought It was pretty strange that you wanted a zip for Curseforge but I ignored it and told you how to convert the file. Well, maybe I should have mentioned that to make mods work they Need to be .jar files, not .zip. why are you trying to use zip?
