increase maximum trades slot vanilla villagers

Hi there !

I've created some new villager trades for the armorer. The problem is that it only have 2 slots for available trades and choose randomly between the vanilla trades and mines.

How can I force the vanilla villager to display my custom trades all the time ? Not only 2, but all of them.
