Topic category: Help with MCreator software
I had previously thought that the latest version of my rather large and time consuming mod was entirely lost, as I attempted to open the shareable workspace .zip file which I had backed up before formatting my computer, it told me the workspace was corrupted, and it only had 3 elements (though fortunately all of the resources, and I was planning on recreating it anyway). However, now I need something from the old workspace, I'm reconsidering what happened. This is because, when I go to open the .zip of the workspace, instead of just installing it directly from the .zip file like the documentation implies, it opens the .zip in file explorer and makes me find another file. Has anyone else had this issue?
Nope, disregard what I said, I'm physically incapable of deleting this and I'm a colossal moron. My workspace is just corrupted, and I was hoping that it was a bug instead, but it's actually trying to get me to select a directory for the workspace instead of the one I already made, wherein lies the folder of the failed installation.
